Well, I finally copped myself a pair of cropped bootcut jeans, and all I can say is: LOVE.
Skinny and boyfriend jeans are more of my thing. But, I love the uniqueness of these cropped ones!
Revolve(clothing) has consistently been my go-to e-commerce site for the latest designer clothes. The majority of my time on this site is spent browsing through the “Sale” section, or to gain style inspiration. The website itself has grown into a massive contemporary powerhouse, changing its name to just “Revolve”, and offering a massive selection of clothing, beauty products, and accessories from some of the trendiest, most up-to-date brands (Think: For Love & Lemons, House of Harlow 1960, J Brand, and Jeffrey Campbell, just to name a few)—many of which will, unfortunately, break the bank.
And if that’s not enough, their sister site, FWRD, offers brands that’ll take you off the streets and onto the runway.
When I saw these jeans on sale and in my size, I took the plunge and bought them, risking the chance that they’ll swallow up my petite frame. Well, good news, I think they (thankfully) compliment my height just fine. Paired with a lovely maxi blazer that’s light and airy, it provides a bit of contrast to the cropped look. For these jeans in particular, I’d recommend sizing down, as is the case with a lot of BLANKNYC jeans.
Now, if you’re looking at these jeans and thinking, “What on earth is she wearing?!“… you’re not the only one. Henry thought I was absolutely insane for leaving the house with these on. So there we were, at the mall, using Google to search up pictures of “cropped bootcut jeans outfit”. And he was (almost) convinced. Almost.
